New ultrasonic technology for accurate Height Detection

The new CSMT-300 ultrasonic sensor is particularly convincing over hot material, and its sophisticated technology in layer thickness measurement proves its strengths. Due to the sampling rate of 300Hz and a very compact measuring point, the sensor can be mounted very close to the material and is less susceptible to interference than level sensors. This makes it particularly easy to work accurately on the minimum layer thickness.

In our manufactory at our headquarters in Limburg an der Lahn we still perform complex manufacturing processes manually. Because we only accept the best, we develop and manufacture our own parts which are not available on the market according to our requirements. In our in-house development laboratory, groundbreaking products such as a wear-free joystick or a special potting technique have already been developed.
